Schools, institutes, and education teams submit their organisation context, learner scale, delivery model, goals, and requested capabilities. We review the scope and recommend a suitable workspace, support model, and cost before creating a tenant or user accounts.
The organisation controls its workspace, roles, invitations, and AI settings. Shield AI is optional and designed to complement tutor guidance. Tutor recommendations remain reviewable, and the platform does not silently change teaching records or send messages on a tutor's behalf.
MentorShield uses role-based access, organisation-aware workspaces, private onboarding requests, email verification, and controlled document workflows. Schools and institutions should define their safeguarding and communication procedures as part of implementation, and sensitive learner information should not be submitted through the public onboarding form.
