Our team will confirm your board, grade, current performance level, and whether Mathematics or Science support is the best fit, then create your enrollment and match you with a suitable tutor. No self-service booking is required — we guide you through the full process.

Every tutor goes through a structured selection process — subject proficiency assessment, a live teaching demonstration, and a background check. Only tutors who consistently meet our academic standards are listed on the platform. Tutors operate as independent specialists and are not employees of MentorShield.

Once enrolled, you coordinate directly with your assigned tutor to agree on recurring session slots. Rescheduling requires at least 24 hours' notice. If the current schedule or tutor is not a good fit, contact our support team and we will arrange an alternative.

Online payment functionality is currently being set up. During this period, our support team will guide you through fee confirmation and payment after your enrollment is created. We will notify all enrolled students as soon as online payment is available.

If you are not satisfied after your first paid session, we offer a full refund — no questions asked — if requested within 48 hours. For session packs, unused sessions can be refunded on a pro-rata basis within 30 days of purchase. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may not be eligible for a refund at the tutor's discretion. Reach us at support@MentorShield.com for refund queries.

Yes. After each session tutors submit a progress note covering topics taught, performance observations, and recommended focus areas. Parents can view these notes from the student dashboard and speak directly with the assigned tutor at any time.

Our tutors follow the exact syllabus structure and assessment objectives of your selected board. Sessions include topic coverage, solved worked examples, past-paper practice, and targeted revision aligned to the board's command terms and mark-scheme expectations. We keep our content aligned with the latest official updates from governing bodies.
