MentorShield is looking for an enthusiastic and student-focused 4th Grade Mathematics Tutor to provide one-to-one online tutoring to students following the US Curriculum. The ideal candidate should be able to make mathematical concepts easy to understand, engaging, and relevant to the student’s learning level. Key Responsibilities: • Conduct engaging 1-to-1 online Mathematics sessions for Grade 4 students • Teach concepts aligned with the US Grade 4 Mathematics curriculum • Help students strengthen conceptual understanding and problem-solving skills • Identify learning gaps and adapt teaching approaches accordingly • Support homework, practice, revision, and exam preparation • Provide constructive feedback on student progress • Maintain a positive and encouraging learning environment • Communicate relevant learning updates with parents when required Requirements: • Strong knowledge of Grade 4 Mathematics • Experience teaching/tutoring elementary students • Familiarity with the US Mathematics curriculum • Excellent communication and explanation skills • Patient, supportive, and engaging teaching style • Comfortable conducting online classes • A degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field is preferred About MentorShield: MentorShield combines personalised one-to-one tutoring with responsible technology to support students beyond the classroom.
